This CSTEA-3C — 3 Open Well Electric Steam Table - is an electric steam table made by Atosa USA. 18 gauge stainless steel top, body and under shelf, with fully insulated open wells—all four sides and bottom of wells are insulated by fiberglass, 8″ deep, dry heating style, open well design, temperature control is also available via individual controls per well. This unit is perfect for holding and keeping food warm until it is ready to serve, optimal for grab and go operations.
